Sipay is looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for managing assigned clients to ensure their highest level of satisfaction. They will work closely with the sales department and other areas of the company to achieve their objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-availability services, be accustomed to frequent client interaction, and possess a high level of English.
In your day-to-day work you will be involved in…
- Integration and project management, meeting delivery and billing milestones by planning project phases within established timeframes, taking into account various factors such as incidents, delays, returns, scope changes, etc.
- Customer follow-up and loyalty.
- Updating the project progress log.· Daily monitoring of each client’s operations.
- 360º control and management of the client account.
- Management and review of SLAs, NPS, KPIs, strict PCI compliance and metrics of assigned projects.
- Control, monitoring and resolution of incidents reported by the client during the onboarding and integration phase.
- Identifying solutions, changes, or improvements to optimize customer service.
- Preparation of service reports.

- Higher Education Qualification: Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
