Scrum Master: lead and support our development teams through the Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader, coaching and guiding multiple Agile development teams.
- Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed and continuously improved.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and obstacles to help the team meet their commitments.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Promote a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-organization within the teams.
Requirements:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.
- Experience with software development or payment services is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience and proven team management experience.
- Must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
