{"id":18185,"date":"2023-07-17T09:52:51","date_gmt":"2023-07-17T07:52:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sipay.es\/technical-support-madrid\/"},"modified":"2025-11-13T19:06:31","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T18:06:31","slug":"technical-support-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sipay.es\/en\/technical-support-madrid\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical support (Madrid)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are looking to hire a Support Technician whose mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the payment gateway service, monitoring first-level alerts, and providing service for incidents and customer inquiries.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In your day-to-day work you will be doing:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handling calls regarding incidents and inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incident registration and tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and addressing service degradation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution of technical equipment tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving and shipping equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control and monitoring of faulty terminals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution of internal certification and\/or validation tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update of procedure manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we expect from you?<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A proactive, dynamic profile with good communication skills and a strong focus on problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open-minded and focused on continuous learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in support, customer service and\/or studies related to computer science and knowledge of incident management tools will be valued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We&#8217;re looking forward to meeting you!<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking to hire a Support Technician whose mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the payment gateway service, monitoring first-level alerts, and providing service for incidents and customer inquiries.
